Founders Hollow

The Founders Hollow lies at the very heart of clan lands, and touches the corners of each of the four territories. It takes the form of a large plane of short grass – too short to harbour prey - lying at the bottom of a smooth dip in the earth. A network of fine streams weave their way across the space, each bubbling up from shallow hollows in the grass and ending at the banks of a small lake. The lake, itself seemingly unremarkable in nature, lies towards the north of the hollow, its furthest edges just short of Stoneclan and Treeclan borders, and its nearest curving around a massive flat-topped stone. The water stops just short of the front of this formation, leaving a path to its face, and making it an ideal perch for the clan leaders.
Although the place has a charming appearance in the daylight, its true beauty is only evident beneath the touch of the full moon. At this point, the moons light shimmers on the lake and streams, turning them all into rippling expanses of silver-white that never fail to captivate even the most experienced of warriors. It is for this feature that the Hollow is thought to have become the clans gathering place, though the space also lies at the heart of the clans pasts.
